5-23-2014 – BEST Fence Awarded Northwest Area Elementary School Fence Project
BEST Fence has been awarded the fence installation work at the new Northwest Area Elementary School on Lyons Mill Road in Baltimore County. BEST Fence will be working with Urban Zink Contractors on this project. The anticipated start date for the project is the fall of 2014.
5-23-2014 – BEST Fence Awarded Pikesville High School Fence Project
BEST Fence has been awarded the contract to perform the fence installation work at Pikesville High School located in Baltimore County. BEST Fence will be teaming up with Urban Zink Contractors and the projected start date is August 2014.
4-8-2014 – BEST Fence Selected for Ballenger Creek Park Project in Frederick, MD
BEST Fence is teaming up with Field Turf USA to provide fencing services for Ballenger Creek Park in Frederick, MD. The scope of work for the project includes new fencing around a multi-purpose field, 50’ high end zone netting and several wood enclosures. The project is scheduled to begin in May of 2014.
2-13-2014 – BEST Fence Wins Martin Luther King Jr. Park Project
Best Fence is selected by Field Turf USA to provide fencing services for Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Silver Spring, MD. This project consists of furnishing and installing chain link fencing and gates around a multi-purpose field.
1-29-2014 – BEST Fence Selected by Skanska for the First Street Tunnel Project in DC
BEST Fence has been awarded the contract to perform the fence work on the First Street Tunnel Project for the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority. The project is part of DC Water’s Clean Rivers Initiative. BEST Fence will team up with Skanska JD on this project.
12-10-2013 – BEST Fence Awarded Troy Park Fence Project by Howard County
Howard County has awarded BEST Fence the fence work at its brand new Troy Park in Elkridge, MD. Construction encompasses multiple phases to include the installation of fence work for multi-purpose fields and 50’ high netting.
9-4-2013 – BEST Fence Awarded Crofton Elementary School Fence Project
BEST Fence has been selected to perform the fence installation work for the Crofton Elementary School Revitalization project, located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The scope of work for this project is to include fence installation for basketball courts, baseball fields as well as the manufacturing and installation of fire access gates.
7-8-2013 – BEST Fence Awarded Multi-year Anne Arundel County Fence Contract
BEST Fence wins the 2013-2014 Anne Arundel County fencing service contract. BEST Fence will be the on-call fence company for all of AA County.
6-25-2013 – BEST Fence Selected as Prime Fence Contractor for Baltimore Grand Prix
For the second consecutive year BEST Fence was selected to serve as the Prime fence contractor for the 2013 Grand Prix of Baltimore, a contested race held on a street circuit in Baltimore, Maryland. The 2.04 mile street course lay out consists of over 36,000 linear feet of fencing installed around the perimeter of the course.
5-17-2013 – BEST Fence Awarded Oxon Hill High School Fence Project
BEST Fence has been awarded the fence installation work for the Oxon Hill High School renovation and addition project in Prince Georges County, Maryland. The fence work on the project includes fencing for a new stadium, tennis courts and baseball fields.
10-11-2012 – BEST Fence Awarded Harford County Fence Contract
Harford County awards BEST Fence as primary contractor to provide county wide fencing services for the 2012 year.
9-5-2012 – BEST Fence Selected For CSX Train Derailment Project- Ellicott City, MD
Best Fence is awarded the contract to fully repair the CSX Main Line Subdivision derailment located in Historic Ellicott City. Under the contract, BEST Fence will provide complete repairs to the railroad bridge and fencing maintenance to the historical B & O Railroad museum.
8-2012 – BEST Fence Awarded Multi-year Anne Arundel County Fence Contract
BEST Fence was awarded the Anne Arundel County fencing maintenance contract. The contract is an annual contract with four one-year renewals. The contract allows BEST Fence to be the on-call fence company for all of AA County.
4-2012 – BEST Fence Awarded I-95 at Contee Road Interchange Fence Work
BEST Fence was selected by American Infrastructure on the design and build contract for the new I-95 interchange. This interchange will be essential to allow drivers to use the new bridge, crossing over I-95 to access the Burtonsville and Laurel areas via Contee Road. BEST Fence will be providing the fencing for the Duct System on Contee Road.
3-9-2012 – BEST Fence Awarded I-95/MD 43 Interchange Reconstruction Project
As part of the Maryland Transportation Authority’s I-95 Express Toll Lane Project, BEST Fence has been awarded the fence work at the MD 43 and I-95 interchange. MD 43 will be widened from four to six lanes through the interchange. The project is to include two new elevated-ramps to allow direct access between MD 43 and I-95. BEST Fence will be working with Cherry Hill Construction and will be installing the right-of-way and bridge fencing for this significant project.
3-23-2012 – BEST Fence Awarded Fence Work for Doswell E. Brooks School Renovations
BEST Fence announced today that they were awarded the fencing contract to join Dirt Express Company in the renovation of Doswell E. Brooks Elementary School in Prince George’s County, MD. The renovations to the existing school and new construction of additional spaces are to provide instructional classrooms and auxiliary learning areas.
2-8-2012 – BEST Fence Selected for I-70 Phase 2D Roadway Improvements
BEST Fence has been selected to team up with Corman Construction in the project design-build of I-70 Phase 2D in Frederick County, MD. The improvement project is the second phase of a massive reworking of the traffic pattern near I-70, which includes replacing the highway’s bridge and widening the road to three lanes through the Frederick area.
